The programme of cultural activities organised by Intesa Sanpaolo at the Turin skyscraper starts again with a theatrical and musical reading by Paolo Rumiz, scheduled to take place in the skyscraper’s Auditorium on Tuesday 5 October at 9 pm.
Canto per Europa, published by Feltrinelli Editore and in bookshops from 7 October, is an epic journey: four modern-day Argonauts and a Syrian refugee breathe new life into the myth that founded Europe. An extraordinary work, ancient in its breath and contemporary in its denunciation. A woman, the first, who fearfully crosses the stormy Mare Nostrum to reach the old continent.
A book that becomes a performance by and with Paolo Rumiz on stage with actors Lara Komar and Giorgio Monte and musicians Aleksandar Saska Karlic and Vangelis Merkouris, directed by Franco Però and executive produced by Elisa Brivio.
The project started from the collaboration between Intesa Sanpaolo and The Italian Literary Agency.
The event is free but advanced reservation is required and available on this website from next Friday, 1 October 2021.
In accordance with the provisions of DL 105 of 23/7/2021, access to the Intesa Sanpaolo skyscraper will be allowed only to holders of Covid-19 green certification.
It will be possible to follow the live streaming of the three events by connecting to the site sito di Gruppo di Intesa Sanpaolo.
