Walking through this high-altitude garden is a unique experience: perfumes and colours of a Mediterranean garden shine through the splendour of the natural light coming through full-height windows. Different types of tall trees and plants, mainly belonging to the Mediterranean maquis, cover the 15,000 cubic meters of the area.
The bioclimatic greenhouse is designed to prevent solar radiations from gathering on the roof thus causing heat loss in winter and helping temperature control during the summer. Air-conditioning of the place is natural. Furthermore, rain water is collected and used for watering plants.
The inside of the bioclimatic greenhouse is the perfect setting for a gastronomic and cultural experience of excellence, the place on top of Turin where panorama and taste meet.
Chef Fabio Macrì and his kitchen brigade wait their guests at Piano35, the restaurant of the skyscraper. Top-quality food products of the territory and research are the pillars upon which the finest dining experience of Turin is based.
The architectural plan develops through the union of places which provide the area – a place of art, meeting and experimentation - with multifunctionality features. The inside has a surface of about 180 square meters and overlooks a wide terrace of about 200 square meters, with a bamboo floor.
Admiring a sunset, lulled by the music, for a moment of exclusive relax in the coolest place of the skyscraper. Surrounded by the unmatched spectacle of nature, the lounge bar offers an upscale tasting experience which ranges from excellent drinks, finger food and a selection of wines cured by the restaurant Piano35.
