Monday 25th November will see the return of Elisabetta Sgarbi. Already guest of Intesa Sanpaolo skyscraper in 2017, Sgarbi will visit again the skyscraper, at 6 pm, on the occasion of the 37th edition of the Torino Film Festival. This year her documentary film Vaccines- 9 science lessons, produced by Fondazione Meyer and Betty Wrong, will be presented for the first time. The screening, scheduled for 6 pm, will be introduced by Emanuela Martini and a debate will follow with the experts interviewed in the film and the director herself.
The film deals, through the testimonies of 9 men of science (doctors, semiologists, philosophers), with some of the most debated issues on vaccines: what they are, how they work, how they were born, if they are used too much or too little, if they can have side effects, what relationship they have with the great theme of immigration, if people are properly informed about them or if false news is spread about them, how they can be avoided.
Admission is free, with compulsory booking (from 15 November at 2 pm) on the website www.torinofilmfest.org
